Kemudian masukkan garam + vanili, setelah hampir kalis, masukkan mentega, uleni lagi sampai betul2 kalis.&lt;br /&gt;Diamkan, tutup dengan plastik 1 – 2 jam.&lt;br /&gt;Timbang @ 300 gr atau @ 500 gr untuk cetakan roti tawar yang pakai tutup.&lt;br /&gt;Adonan digilas tipis kemudian digulung dan sambung supaya adonan bisa bundar&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan dalam cetakan yang sudah dipoles mentega&lt;br /&gt;Tutup dengan plastik lagi dan diamkan maks 1 jam&lt;br /&gt;Poles permukaannya dengan susu encer (susu F&amp;amp;N ditambah dengan sedikit air), tetapi untuk cetakan yang memakai tutup tidak dipoles&lt;br /&gt;Setelah matang.
